Our rates reflect our commitment to a business partnership with our clients. To serve your business and help it be profitable, we must remain stable and financially solid as well. While we strive to maintain the same high-level of service for every client, retainer clients do receive higher priority when there are scheduling or spare parts conflicts. Our rates in accordance with terms and conditions below are:
Standard Hours Rate $135/hour
- 25% adder applied to same day data service (computer, server, etc.)
- 50% adder applied to same day voice service (telephony)
Blocks of Time (Retainers)
- 10 hours, $120/hour; for a savings of $150
- 20 hours, $115/hour; for a savings of $400
- 40 hours, $110/hour; for a savings of $1000
Retainers are billed and collected in advance. All hours worked prepayment will be re-billed at CIO’s standard rate. Retainers do not expire and we are very generous in our allocation of time to clients on retainer. Retainers are not refundable and apply to service only. Parts and materials will be billed separately and should be paid for as they are provided.
- We will not bill for short (i.e. less than five minutes) tech support phone calls or simple how-to inquiries that require no follow up by CIO; but we do need to charge for extended troubleshooting, consulting, and research calls. Normally, we can assist you on your first call, but there may be times or issues when we have to call you back.
- Standard Hours are for work performed 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, except CIO holidays.
- Emergency Service done on CIO holidays or at any time not between Standard Hours is billed at 2 times Standard Hours Rate (After-Hours rate).
- Planned After-Hours service that is coordinated with CIO staff at least 5 business days prior to the date on which the work is performed is billed at 1.5 times Standard Hours Rate (After-Hours rate).
- Minimum charge is 1-hour and then ½-hour increments for on-site service. Depot service has a ½-hour minimum with ½-hour increments.
- CIO reserves the right to charge a $125 handling charge to respond to After-Hours requests for service.
- Standard Rate includes up to 30 minutes one-way drive time from our office. All drive time during After- Hours and drive time over 30 minutes during Standard Hours is billed at the applicable Service Rate. There is no additional mileage charge.
- Any contracts or agreements with CIO take precedence over this document.
