Duties will include:
- Provide a high level of personalized customer service on a day-to-day basis to existing customers. This will include inbound and outbound phone calls as well as face-to-face communications with customers.
- Troubleshoot problems----Work directly with customers answering their questions
- Keeping customers informed and selling the latest Technology and Services available from us.
- Establish Relationships----Keep “in touch” with customers to insure open communications and customer satisfaction
- Track all sales activities and keep daily updates current
- Keep all customers Warranties and Licenses “current”.
